ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
Q: Are the products at FightMarket really new?
A: Yes, absolutely. We sell 100% new products in their original packaging. It is a common misconception that outlet items are always “second-hand” or “damaged.” We sell surplus stock, overstock, and previous-season collections. No used items—just brand-new gear.
Q: Do you sell original brands?
A: Yes. We are an official reseller of Top Ten and Manus. All products you see on our website are authentic and sourced directly from the distributor.
Q: Why are the prices so low?
A: We purchase intelligently. We source stock that suppliers want to clear, such as discontinued items or excess inventory. By buying in bulk and operating without an expensive physical retail location, we can pass those savings directly on to you.
Q: Do I receive a warranty on my purchase?
A: Yes. Since all products are new, standard statutory warranty conditions apply. If a manufacturing defect occurs (such as a seam coming loose shortly after purchase), please contact us immediately.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are often shipped the same day. In most cases, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the carrier.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Q: Do you ship to Belgium?
A: Yes, we ship to Belgium. Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: The size is not correct—can I exchange the product?
A: As we work with outlet stock, it is possible that your size is no longer available for exchange. Therefore, we usually handle this by returning and reordering. Simply return the item that does not fit, receive a refund, and place a new order for the correct size (if still in stock).
Q: How do I register a return?
A: You can register your return within 14 days after receiving your order via our returns page. Please ensure the product is unused and, where possible, returned in its original packaging.
Q: Are returns free of charge?
A: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. As we already offer outlet-level pricing, we are unfortunately unable to provide free returns. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: I’m looking for a specific Top Ten product—can you order it for me?
A: Our assortment changes continuously and depends on available outlet stock. What you see on the website is what we currently have (while stocks last). Unfortunately, we cannot order individual items from new collections, as this would prevent us from guaranteeing outlet prices.
Q: Do you have a physical store where I can try items on?
A: No, FightMarket operates exclusively online. This is one of the ways we keep our costs—and therefore our prices—low. If you are unsure about sizing, please consult our detailed Size Charts page or contact us for advice.
