Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of FightMarket. Acceptance of an offer or the placing of an order implies acceptance of the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.

Offers and Agreements

All offers made by FightMarket are without obligation. FightMarket expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly when this is required due to (statutory) regulations. An agreement is only concluded after FightMarket has accepted your order. FightMarket is entitled to refuse orders or to attach specific conditions to delivery.

Prices and Payments

The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of handling and shipping costs, any taxes, or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop (such as iDEAL, credit card, etc.).

Retention of Title

Ownership of delivered products is transferred only after you have fulfilled all payment obligations arising from any agreement with FightMarket. The risk relating to the products passes to you at the time of delivery.

Complaints Procedure

We recommend that you first submit complaints to us by emailing info@fightmarket.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Consumers within the EU may also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform.
