SHIPPING

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are, where possible, shipped the same day. However, this is not always achievable. In some cases, products may be out of stock, which may result in a longer delivery time. If we are unable to meet the stated delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

The prices listed on our website do not include shipping costs.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by PostNL or DHL.

For deliveries within the Netherlands, orders are generally delivered on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Next Business Day delivery). Please note that Next Business Day delivery applies only within the Netherlands.

For international shipments (outside the Netherlands), delivery times may be longer and vary depending on the destination country, carrier, and any local customs processing. Delivery times for international orders are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed. In all cases, we are unable to guarantee the exact time of delivery.

RETURNS

It may occur that you wish to return an order, for example if the product does not meet your expectations or for any other reason. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any reason.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right)

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Only the costs for returning the product from your address to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per parcel; please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

Conditions for Returns

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for any resulting reduction in value.

Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

Exchanging a Product

Would you like to exchange your product? This is no problem at all. Please contact us to arrange this. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

As we work with outlet stock, we recommend returning the item and immediately placing a new order for the correct size to avoid the item selling out.

Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the consumer’s specifications, personalized products, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed, where applicable.
